Ecoweb™ geocell provides a stable soil structure for embankment, preventing soil erosion and effectively increasing vegetation cover
Landfill Lining
Ecoweb™ geocell strengthens the surface of the soil in landfills to resist landslides caused by the load of leachate drainage materials, or as an inclined covering system to support the weight of the drainage material and topsoil cover.
Channel Protection
The Ecoweb™ Geocells can be used to protect channels from challenging erosion conditions or continuous flow. It confines the infill within the cellular structure and assuring effective subgrade drainage and subsoil protection. The system also enhances the performance of vegetation through reinforcing root zones and directing flows over the top cells, make them compatible with the local environment and ecology.
Drainage Channels
Ecoweb™ geocells are used in drainage system because it can stop boulders and vegetation and let the water flow freely. It provides a stronger and more lasting strengthening and stabilizing effect for the load-bearing capacity or anti-erosion layer of the river bank.
Storm Water Diversion
Ecoweb™ Geocells are also ideal for soil protection of contoured open-channel gravel drainage ditches and bioswales used to manage stormwater runoff. This assists the on-site infiltration to reduce runoff, filter pollutants, prevent flooding and augment underground water resources.
Culvert Outfalls
